These Terms explain how the “Ready to post” Instagram service works, what you get, how payment works and what both of us are responsible for. By ordering the service you accept these Terms.

1.Service provider

The service is provided by:

In these Terms “I” or “bytheadrian” means the provider above, and “you” means the client ordering the service.

2.The service

“Ready to post” is a monthly Instagram content service. Each month it includes:

12 posts (single posts and carousels) designed in your brand style,
a story version of every post,
captions drafted for you to check and approve,
scheduling of 3 posts a week through Meta Business Suite,
2 rounds of changes every month.

In the first month you also get a profile refresh (profile picture, bio layout and highlight covers) and 3 brand templates.

Anything outside this list (for example ads, video editing or extra posts) is not included and can be quoted separately.

3.Free Instagram audit

Before you pay, you can request a free audit of your Instagram profile through the form on the website. The audit is sent by email, is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

4.Ordering and payment

The price is $390 per month [net / gross, VAT note if applicable].
After the audit you receive a payment link. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
The service is paid monthly in advance. Each new month starts after the payment for it is received.
An invoice is issued for every payment [confirm: invoice / bill, delivery by email].
The agreement is concluded when you pay the first payment link.

5.How we work together

You fill in a short onboarding form (about 5 minutes). If you don't know an answer, you can skip it.
I design the posts and deliver them to a shared Google Drive folder.
You review the posts and captions and approve them or ask for changes.
I schedule approved posts through Meta Business Suite. You give me access through Meta, so I never need your password.

You are responsible for checking the facts in posts and captions (prices, opening hours, offers, claims) before you approve them. [optional: posts not reviewed within X days are treated as approved]

6.Changes and revisions

Each month includes 2 rounds of changes. A round means one consolidated list of changes to that month's posts. Changes that turn into a completely new brief or a different service may be quoted separately.

7.First-month guarantee

If you don't like the first batch, tell me what's off and I'll revise the posts. If you still don't like them and none of the posts were published, I refund your first month's payment in full.

To use the guarantee, write to hello@bytheadrian.com within [14] days of receiving the first batch.

8.Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by email. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. [confirm notice period]

Payments for months that have already started are not refunded, except under the first-month guarantee.

9.Your materials

You confirm that you have the rights to the photos, logos, texts and other materials you send me, and you allow me to use them only to provide the service. Your photos stay yours and are only used for your posts.

10.Rights to the posts

After the month's payment is made, you may use the posts delivered that month on your social media, website and other marketing channels without time limit. [confirm: licence vs transfer of copyright, fields of use]

I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Fonts, stock photos and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

11.Use of AI tools

I may use AI tools to clean up or extend photos and to create backgrounds. The ideas, layouts, fonts and final design are mine, and every post is made by me in Adobe software. I never use AI to fake results or before-and-after photos.

12.Liability

I do my best to make your Instagram look professional and stay active, but I can't guarantee specific results such as followers, reach, bookings or sales.

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the issue occurred. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

I'm not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party platforms (for example Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive or Stripe).

13.Complaints

If something is not right, email hello@bytheadrian.com with a short description. I reply within 14 days.

14.Consumers

The service is intended for businesses. If you order it as a consumer, you keep all rights that consumer law gives you, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. [to complete: withdrawal rules when the service starts before the 14 days end, model withdrawal form]

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with business clients are resolved by the court competent for the provider's registered address. [confirm]

16.Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms. Changes do not affect a month that has already been paid for. If a change matters for an active client, I'll let you know by email before it applies.
